2012 Registration Information

The NYC Seminar is open to all undergraduate students of the University of Texas at Austin. The Seminar can accommodate up to 90 participants, 15 students per industry group – seven spots in each group were reserved for majors of those areas through December 15th. After that date, group assignments have been based on a first–come, first–served basis.

 

Registration Fee

The NYC Seminar basic registration fee will be $495, based on quadruple occupancy.  Below are your registration options (estimated final fees are on a per person basis):

Quadruple Occupancy (4 people per hotel room) $495.00
Triple Occupancy (3 people per hotel room) $565.00
Double Occupancy (2 people per hotel room) $705.00

Hotel rooms are equipped with two double beds. Seminar organizers will assign individuals to rooms unless specific roommates are requested at the time of registration. We will do our best to honor roommate requests, but they are not guaranteed – no coed room requests, please. Doubles are available only if requested by two people.

 

 

Payment Info

A $100 fee is a Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable program deposit due upon registration.  This $100 will be applied against the total cost of your Seminar registration fee.

All students must notify Michael Schott by February 15th if they decide not to attend the seminar, or they will be held responsible for full payment regardless of attendance. 

 
Registrations received above attendance limits and/or received after February 14th will be wait–listed and accepted in the order they are received and in accordance with space availability.

 

FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 15, 2012.
