New York City Seminar




Registration

The NYC Seminar is open to all undergraduate students of the University of Texas at Austin. The Seminar can accommodate up to 90 participants, 15 students per industry group. 7 spots in each group are reserved for majors of those areas until December 15. After that date, group assignments are based on a first–come, first–served basis. Register early to get your first group choice

Registration Fee

The NYC Seminar basic registration fee is $635, based on triple occupancy. The following are your registration options (fees are per person):

Triple Occupancy (3 people per suite) $635.00
Double Occupancy (2 people per suite) $805.00
Single Occupancy (1 person per suite) $1,295.00

Students registering for the triple or double occupancy rate will be paired with other registrants unless suitemates are requested at the time of registration. We will do our best to honor roommate requests, but they are not guaranteed. Doubles are available only if requested by two people.

NOTE: Register Early - Attendance at the NYC Seminar is limited.

Registration Due: February 28, 2010 by 5:00PM

The registration balance must be paid by February 6. Registrations received above attendance limits and/or received after February 16 will be wait–listed and accepted in the order they are received and in accordance with space availability. Payment is non–refundable after February 12, 2010.

All students must notify Holly Barton by February 12, if they decide not to attend the seminar, or they will be held responsible for full payment regardless of attendance.

Seminar Grants

NYTE is pleased to offer a limited number of $300 scholarships to help offset the cost of the trip. The deadline has passed to apply for the grant. Applications will be reviewed by the NYTE scholarship committee.
